*Updates (last updated 7.25.10)*:

We're encouraging guestst to book these flights as soon as possible.  March is a high travel season, and we're noticing as the months pass the rates go up.

Just a reminder its cheaper to fly out on a Wednesday or Tuesday, but then we that increases lodging costs.  I know a lot of you are planning to make this vacation, so you would benefit the most by checking flights arriving and leaving then.

Flying into Miami*

You can fly into Miami and drive to Key West; it takes approximately 2.5 hours by car.

Once you hit Key Largo on the drive, the rest of the way to Key West is a beautiful drive and in spots (like the Seven Mile Bridge) it is spectacular. If you've never done it you have to do it at least once or you haven't seen the Keys! You can stop for lunch at the No Name Pub on Big Pine Key for the "World's Greatest Pizza" and see the Key Deer.

Don't feel like driving it? There are multiple connecter flights from Miami into the Key West airport.

*Most of the connections travel sights like Expedia and the like are pulling up give you options for connectors through Miami and Fort Lauderdale to begin with.

Flying into Fort Meyers

The Key West Express ferry leaves from Fort Meyers on a regular basis. The ferry costs about $145 round trip (please confirm pricing at their website as this rate fluctuates www.seakeywestexpress.com). However there are group rates for groups of 15 or more.  In the approaching months as flights are secured, we'll coordinate groups on the same flights for folks choosing this mode of transportation.  if you are interested in taking the ferry please let us know, we'll be keeping running lists of groups taking the ferry to secure group rates.

The ferries are completely modern, air-conditioned high-speed ferries - featuring sundecks, snack bar, cocktails, and big-screen TVs!  The 3 1/2 hours it takes from there will fly by!
